My journey, as an American-born Chinese woman called into full-time ministry to Spain and now back in the USA as a mobilizer, has revealed many cultural differences and challenges that have often impeded others from effectively following Jesus actively in Great Commission service. In response, my ministry focuses on developing relationships among churches to understand and promote movement toward missional engagement, specifically and intentionally, of non-white majority, or more ethnic, congregations. Personally, I see Jesus-modeling, teaching reliance on the Bible and prayer, and Spirit-dependent discipleship as keys to equipping disciples to make more disciples. By sharing God’s grace seen through my learning experiences, I trust the Lord will bring multiplication of His Kingdom workers. I’m also connecting with young adults, specifically at Cairn University, and, through greater networking, supporting the NE area mobilization, from the Philadelphia area.
